Love Autoeurope...have been longtime fan. Booking was great and easy, hope the rest of the trip goes as well!

CREATING THE BOOKING ON LINE WAS EASY AS WAS ADDING IN THE REQUEST FOR THE GPS AND FINDING A DROP OFF LOCATION NEAR MY HOTEL. THE WHOLE PROCESS WORKED OUT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. BUT THIS WAS JUST THE RESERVATION. NOW WE MUST SEE HOW EASY IT IS FOR MY CLIENT TO ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CAR AT THE FLORENCE AIRPORT AND RETURN IT TO THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION. ONCE SHE RETURNS TO HOME, THEN YOU CAN ASK ME AGAIN TO REVIEW AUTO EUROPE AND THAT WILL BE THE DEFINITIVE REVIEW.

This is a great weekend for me so people thanks again for your service you have a great team working for us thanks.

The online experience with Auto Europe was easy so far and the pricing was great. Now if we get our car at Avis (at Avis) easily then it will be Excellent

This is the second time in a year that I have booked with Auto Europe US and have had positive experiences both times. I was able to book directly online today and get the best price that was found for the car selected. During the last booking, the agent was extremely helpful, finding a rental that was not listed on the website and explaining the fee structure and insurance that was included in the price. A very positive experience both times.

Paying in advance is a scary experience when it is not clear what will happen if I have made an error. For example, reservation states I requested a one-way rental and there may be a drop-off charge. I did not request a one-way rental and will return to the same location I picked up car. This information is confusing.
